Fresh Namibia believes in the development, support and mentoring of people who want to work as spiritual ministers in Namibia. It is important that kingdom workers in Namibia have a sound theological and Biblical foundation, that they understand the practical side of what it entails to be a Christian minister, and know what the most effective ways are to address the spiritual needs in our country.

For this reason, Fresh Namibia has an apprenticeship program where people with a passion for ministry can be equipped with proper Biblical and theological training as well as be exposed to a wide variety of practical ministry opportunities – among the youth, in the marketplace, within congregational structures and through charitable organisations.

Jaco Pretorius (photo) is one of our first graduates and successfully completed a B Theology degree at NETS – an example of how the programme enables young Namibians.

Our partners for Biblical training are Namibia Evangelical Theological Seminary (NETS), South African Theological Seminary (SATS), Veritas and Lynnwood Bible School.

The apprenticeship will involve a full time study loan at NETS or SATS, as well as daily ministry and practical duties.

We would like to invite Namibians with a heart and calling for Christian ministry to apply for an apprenticeship with Fresh Namibia.
